Plot Summary
This film is the story of the spectacular life and violent death of British playwright Joe Orton. In his teens…
It's based on a real story.
I don't get much why Ken becomes sick. I understand circumstances where Ken is in though, I don't understand why he has to be so jealous and emotional. And also about their relationship, their physical relationship hasn't been going well, why don't they split up?
Because of being famous as a play writer, Orton has to be busy, but Ken wants him to spend time together when they are on holiday. I don't get it. I understand Ken has started taking meds and it has destroyed his nerve gradually.
I don't think being gay is the main reason why Ken has committed murder. The motive is not being a gay but an affection. Although thinking about the historical background at that time, being gay was criminal, and I know it was very hard to hide such things. At least I admit it influenced Ken and caused such a tragedy.
